December 2019 was a disaster for my productivity. I could tell you that I spent far too much time on social networking platforms. It turned out I was a productive person for the world to see and not for myself. I had published over a hundred tweets and posts across various social media platforms but had just one article published in December. As the year ended, I grew concerned, and I had to take the necessary steps to put myself in check.
Looking at my Journal for the just-completed January, I’m confident that I did better than I’ve done in previous months. Published nine articles on Medium; three were curated. I closed a couple of freelance writing deals, and I’m currently revamping my website. These may seem petty, but it’s quite a lot for me because I see concrete progress as I strike off items from my 2020 plans.
