Like rains from the sky, business ideas come to everyone. Only a few have the guts to take big steps. Most presumably, average individuals wonder how these ideas were nurtured to create such profitable businesses.

With over 582 million entrepreneurs in the world and the number rising each year, you can tell that so many individuals prefer calling their shots and running a business of their own. Believably, 85% of employees worldwide hate their jobs and can’t seem to find their way off the claws of monthly paychecks. Among these employees, a 2018 survey from Gallup estimates that 66% are disengaged from their job, hating Mondays and cheering to Fridays.

Ironically, most of these employees grumbling and hating their jobs have business ideas soaking up their brains. They keep dreaming that they would become entrepreneurs someday yet lacking the impetus to make the big moves. There is a general reason why most of them run around in circles, and it’s pretty understandable.
